USCLINICALPORTAL.ORG – TERMS AND CONDITIONS

Welcome to USClinicalPortal.org (“the Portal”), a digital platform designed to connect U.S. teaching hospitals, supervising physicians, and credentialed educational representatives with international medical graduates (IMGs) and their affiliated medical schools to facilitate verified U.S. Clinical Experience (USCE) opportunities.
By accessing or using this Portal—whether to list a rotation or to request placement—you agree to be legally bound by the following Terms and Conditions.
1. ELIGIBILITY
You may use the Portal only if you meet the following conditions:
You are 18 years of age or older; and
You are either:
A licensed physician, credentialing administrator, or hospital official seeking to list a rotation, or
A medical student or graduate seeking clinical experience from an eligible institution.
Misrepresentation of your credentials, status, or identity may result in permanent exclusion from the Portal and, where appropriate, notification to academic or legal authorities.
2. ROLE OF USCLINICALPORTAL.ORG
USClinicalPortal.org serves as a neutral coordination and facilitation platform. We are not a hospital, clinical training site, nor a supervising entity.
We do not guarantee placement, outcomes, or Letters of Recommendation (LORs).
Once matched, all responsibilities—legal, clinical, or otherwise—shift to the hosting institution or supervising physician.
Any agreements, conflicts, or conduct that arise after matching are between the applicant and the hosting entity.
3. REQUIRED DOCUMENTATION
All applicants must provide valid documentation prior to beginning any rotation, including:
Proof of enrollment or graduation from a recognized medical school
Valid government-issued ID
Completed Health Clearance Form (within 12 months)
Proof of active medical malpractice insurance (minimum coverage $1 million/$3 million)
All documents must be submitted at least 14 days before the rotation start date. Failure to submit required materials may result in forfeiture of the rotation without refund.
4. PAYMENT TERMS
Payment must be made in full 30 days before the rotation start date directly to the designated representative of USClinicalPortal.org or its affiliate partners.
Upon acceptance and confirmation, all fees are non-refundable and non-transferable, regardless of personal, academic, or visa-related changes.
Late payment may result in cancellation of the rotation and removal from future consideration.
5. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY
By using this Portal, you agree that USClinicalPortal.org and its affiliates are not liable for:
Host site changes, cancellations, or substitutions
Failure to obtain a Letter of Recommendation
Malpractice, clinical negligence, or supervisory issues at the rotation site
Any costs related to visas, housing, travel, food, or transportation
Any participant misconduct, academic dishonesty, or legal violations
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless USClinicalPortal.org, its owners, agents, and partners from any claims, disputes, or damages arising from your conduct before, during, or after participation.
6. CODE OF CONDUCT
All students accepted into a rotation through USClinicalPortal.org must adhere to the following policies:
6.1. Professionalism
Students must demonstrate appropriate, respectful behavior at all times—toward patients, staff, and supervisors. Unprofessional behavior may result in immediate dismissal from the program without refund.
6.2. Timeliness
Participants are expected to be punctual and present for the full duration of every assigned shift. Repeated lateness or absences are grounds for removal.
6.3. Letters of Recommendation (LORs)
LORs are not guaranteed. They are issued solely at the discretion of the supervising physician and must be earned based on merit and conduct.
6.4. Referral Ban
Participants may not refer or recommend other students directly to the attending physician, program director, or hospital site where they completed a rotation.
All referrals must go through official educational or representative channels.
Violation of this policy will result in:
Immediate expulsion from the current rotation
Withholding of any LORs
Disqualification of the referred student from participation in future rotations
6.5. Legal and Ethical Violations
Any participant found engaging in illegal, unethical, or dangerous behavior—including but not limited to: falsified documents, harassment, theft, or intoxication—will be immediately dismissed and reported to relevant authorities.
We reserve the right to report any unethical referral behavior directly to governing bodies, including the NRMP and ECFMG.
7. TERMINATION POLICY
USClinicalPortal.org and/or the hosting institution reserves the right to terminate any participant’s rotation at any time for violations of these Terms, including the Code of Conduct, failure to meet documentation requirements, or unprofessional behavior.
No refunds will be granted for dismissed or voluntarily withdrawn participants.
8. LEGAL FEES AND DISPUTES
By using this Portal, you agree that:
In the event of any legal dispute, you are solely responsible for all legal fees and court costs incurred by USClinicalPortal.org and its representatives, regardless of the outcome.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of NJ, without regard to conflict of laws.
USClinicalPortal.org is operated and administered by OnForm Consulting LLC, a limited liability company organized under the laws of the State of NJ.
9. AGREEMENT & SIGNATURE
By clicking “Submit” on any form within this Portal, you:
Affirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms and Conditions;
Consent to electronic signature and acceptance of all listed policies;
Acknowledge that any violation may result in permanent exclusion from the Portal and/or affiliated rotation sites.
